Digital products
Our digital products (guides, e-books, templates, and similar downloads) are delivered immediately after purchase. Because of the immediate, digital nature of these products, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered. This policy is stated on each product page before you buy.
Wrong charge or delivery problem
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or paid for a product you never received, email us at hello@callahanglobal.com within 30 days of the charge and we will make it right — that includes a full refund where the product was not delivered.
Services
Refund terms for content-creation or marketing services are set out in the individual service agreement or invoice for that engagement.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
